East Louisiana - Livingston

Sonoran’s East Louisiana asset is located east of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The well is located within the eastern margins of the Austin Chalk formation, and is completed with a single lateral completion traversing the Austin Chalk.

Separation and storage is performed on site, with produced water transported to a commercial disposal well. With production confined to a single lateral section, Sonoran is studying the feasibility of tapping un-drained sections of the lease through the drilling of additional laterals, and review will focus in that direction. Economics may warrant drilling a dedicated salt water disposal well.
